Alain Ducasse Baccarat Restaurant
Located in the prestigious Maison Baccarat at 11 Place des États-Unis, Paris 16th, Alain Ducasse Baccarat is a remarkable collaboration between renowned Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse and the legendary crystal house Baccarat. This unique establishment combines the brilliance of culinary art with the timeless elegance of Baccarat crystal.
Upon entering, guests are invited into the Midi-Minuit Bar, where creative and seasonal cocktails, crafted by talented mixologist Margot Lecarpentier, are served from noon until midnight.
The restaurant’s interior, designed by Aliénor Béchu, features stunning décor with intricate details: walls adorned with elegant oak panels by Jean-Guillaume Mathiaut, and a dramatic ceiling resembling a rainy sky, where oversized crystal droplets crafted by Baccarat artisans create soft lighting effects and shimmering reflections throughout the dining room.
The exquisite menu, created by Alain Ducasse in collaboration with Chefs Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, showcases technical precision and innovative gastronomy. Signature dishes, such as eggplant delicately cooked in fig leaves or lobster served in a rose-infused tapioca bath, offer an unforgettable sensory experience.
For private events, the luxurious Salle de Bal (Ballroom) is available. Illuminated by stunning Baccarat chandeliers and surrounded by antique wood paneling, this grand room creates a truly royal atmosphere, complemented by custom menus and expertly paired wines.

Brasserie Thoumieux
Thierry Costes has entrusted the kitchens of Thoumieux to Sylvestre Wahid (snatched up from l’Oustau de Baumanière, in Les Baux-de-Provence) — big mirrors, facetted glass columns, bubble lamps hung from the ceiling and gooseneck table lamps with emerald-colored lampshades fill the space. You’ll find quality ingredients presented in often deconstructed ways. On the lunch menu, quarters of sucrine lettuce, a hard-boiled egg, anchovies, olives, herbs and flowers encircle a mi-cuit tuna steak; meticulously trimmed and sautéed vegetables parade out ahead of “the most beautiful fish of the day” (which happened to be a perfectly prepared filet of pollack); and, from the Thoumieux pastry shop across the street, there are vanilla or chocolate religieuses, baba au rhum and a fraisier cake…
Open daily.
