Please note that airline tickets issued by travel agencies outside of France may sometimes be more complex to modify, often requiring direct approval from the original issuing agent.

If you have any special requests — including vegetarian meals, wheelchair assistance, or specific seating preferences — we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours before departure so we can ensure your needs are met.

• Gare du Nord : Northern France (Lille, Amiens…), Eurostar to London, Thalys to Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany.

• Gare de l’Est : Eastern France (Reims, Nancy, Strasbourg), Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe.

• Gare de Lyon : Southern and Southeastern France (Dijon, Lyon, Marseille, Nice), Alps region, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.

• Gare d’Austerlitz : Central France (Orléans, Blois, Limoges), Southwestern France (Toulouse), Spain, and Portugal.

• Gare Montparnasse : Western and Southwestern France (Chartres, Brest, Rennes, Nantes, Tours, La Rochelle, Bordeaux).

• Long-haul flights (Africa, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Americas, French Caribbean, Indian Ocean):

Recommended arrival: 3 hours before departure

Check-in deadline: 60–90 minutes before departure

 

Train (Eurostar to London)

• Business Premier:

Recommended arrival: 45 minutes before departure

Check-in deadline: 10–15 minutes before departure

• Standard & Standard Premier:
